The role of key workers is to ensure that a clean, tidy and nurturing environment is offered to young people at each of our homes. Key workers will offer  support, guidance, monitoring and mentoring for young people placed with us. Key Worker will promote safety, welfare and independent life skills for the young people assigned to each key worker and ensure that all their physical and emotional needs are met whilst working in partnership with other professional agencies such as children's services, schools, health services and police to name a few.
